Belize is a small Central American nation located north of Honduras and south of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. With land mass roughly the size of New Jersey and a population of less than 300,000, Belize is one of the least populated countries in the region.

Fish: Permit, bonefish and tarpon are always released; some snook, snapper, barracuda, & grouper are kept for the table.

Fleet: 23’ OPEN PANGAS – 2 people/boat

Accommodation: Our gracious, mahogany colonial lodge is right on the beach, facing the sea, surrounded by fragrant tropical flowering plants and the whisper of shady palms.

Not only will you find the serenity and relaxation you are looking for, you’ll have the convenience of being a few miles north of San Pedro Town and its gift shops, restaurants, bars and night spots. Guests usually travel by water taxi which stops right at the dock.

We have just completed a total expansion and renovation of each of the fourteen guest rooms in our main lodge and are delighted with the results!   We are now able to offer our guests larger, modernized and well-appointed accommodations, while still retaining the authentic Belizean colonial feel of the exterior of the lodge.  Each room has all new furniture with either 2 queen beds or one king bed plus a small sitting area; each bathroom features a double granite vanity, a private toilet area, a walk in shower, and a Belizean hardwood closet and drawers with a small refrigerator and coffee maker.  All rooms in the main lodge remain beachfront, next to a pool and offer air-conditioning as well.

We have private villas for your attention also.

As general guideline, it is customary to leave US$75 – $100 per boat/per day to be given to your fishing guide directly. All non-angling guides appreciate a 15–20% tip on the cost of the excursion.
